Avalada por numerosos sellos ambientales, como los programas Edificios Sostenibles, HQE o BREEAM, esta metodolog\u00eda permite tanto aproximar al m\u00e1ximo los consumos reales como dise\u00f1ar la envolvente y los sistemas del edificio para mejorar el confort en verano.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, la STD sigue siendo una modelizaci\u00f3n y no garantiza un confort t\u00e9rmico perfecto en la realidad.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las herramientas disponibles destacan TRNSYS e IESVE, aunque el m\u00f3dulo STD COMFIE de Pleiades es reconocido como la herramienta m\u00e1s utilizada en Francia por los despachos de ingenier\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text ul_item_indent=&#8221;25px&#8221; disabled_on=&#8221;off|off|off&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_4_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; header_4_line_height=&#8221;1.4em&#8221; background_color=&#8221;#d4f0fc&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;20px|20px|20px|20px|true|true&#8221; box_shadow_style=&#8221;preset2&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>En este art\u00edculo, nos centraremos en el software STD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.izuba.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de Izuba \u00c9nergies<\/a> para mostrar c\u00f3mo aprovecharlo al m\u00e1ximo, espec\u00edficamente en relaci\u00f3n con las problem\u00e1ticas de los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/es\/\">ventiladores de techo<\/a> y el confort en verano.<\/p>\n<p>Las im\u00e1genes provienen de la actualizaci\u00f3n de octubre de 2023. Las versiones anteriores del software presentan, por tanto, un aspecto diferente.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos encarecidamente, antes de leer el texto que sigue, revisar primero nuestra publicaci\u00f3n: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/es\/confort-termico-estival-y-ventiladores-de-techo-se-puede-cuantificar-nuestra-sensacion-termica\/\">\u00abConfort thermique estival et brasseurs d\u2019air : peut-on quantifier notre ressenti ?\u00bb<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Es importante precisar que este art\u00edculo no pretende ser un tutorial alternativo a la documentaci\u00f3n del editor del software Pleiades, sino ofrecer informaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica sobre los ventiladores de techo en un contexto de STD.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, observamos un desarrollo creciente en el uso de la modelizaci\u00f3n mediante din\u00e1mica de fluidos computacional (CFD, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s, Computational Fluid Dynamics), que permite simular con gran precisi\u00f3n las velocidades del aire. Esta t\u00e9cnica, distinta de la STD, sigue siendo costosa y, por el momento, est\u00e1 reservada a una minor\u00eda de proyectos; por ello no se aborda en la publicaci\u00f3n que sigue.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; La herramienta solicita, en primer lugar, elegir una categor\u00eda de ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n de la categor\u00eda de ambiente determina el nivel m\u00e1ximo de PPD y PMV. Estos conceptos de evaluaci\u00f3n del confort t\u00e9rmico se describen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/es\/confort-termico-estival-y-ventiladores-de-techo-se-puede-cuantificar-nuestra-sensacion-termica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en el art\u00edculo recomendado en la introducci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El nivel I de la categor\u00eda de ambiente es el m\u00e1s exigente: el porcentaje de insatisfechos se fija en 6%. Este indicador, calculado de la misma manera que en la normativa, eval\u00faa las desviaciones entre la temperatura del edificio y una temperatura de confort (temperatura adaptada seg\u00fan las temperaturas de los d\u00edas anteriores, que var\u00eda entre 26 y 28\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Su valor representa la acumulaci\u00f3n de todas las situaciones de incomodidad ponderadas a lo largo del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El modo de c\u00e1lculo var\u00eda entre edificios terciarios y residenciales. Para estos \u00faltimos, no se tiene en cuenta el confort adaptativo durante la noche, y la temperatura l\u00edmite permanece en 26\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>El indicador GH permite valorar los ventiladores de techo. En presencia de circulaci\u00f3n de aire, el l\u00edmite superior de confort se ajusta autom\u00e1ticamente para tener en cuenta el movimiento del aire. Por lo tanto, se debe dejar tal como est\u00e1, sin modificar, la temperatura Tmax.<\/p>\n<p>La velocidad del aire se toma de la &#8220;Velocidad del aire verano&#8221; introducida a nivel de las zonas. As\u00ed, en el marco de una campa\u00f1a de medici\u00f3n en un centro educativo, observamos una disminuci\u00f3n de la velocidad media del aire del 25% en presencia del mobiliario escolar, lo que ofrece una idea aproximada.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La proximidad del ventilador de techo, la presencia de mobiliario y la posici\u00f3n de los usuarios son variables; por ello, la velocidad del aire no es homog\u00e9nea en toda la zona.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Se trata, por tanto, de tomar una aproximaci\u00f3n de la velocidad v\u00e1lida para la mayor\u00eda de los ocupantes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Se debe introducir en el campo \u00abvelocidad del aire por encima de 25\u202f\u00b0C\u00bb la velocidad correspondiente a la situaci\u00f3n de <strong>caudal m\u00e1ximo<\/strong>. Durante esta temporada, el l\u00edmite azul de insatisfacci\u00f3n del 10% (escala de la izquierda) pr\u00e1cticamente nunca se supera. No se tiene en cuenta la posible velocidad del aire proporcionada por los ventiladores de techo.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, los l\u00edmites rojos establecidos para el voto medio en 0,5 (escala de la derecha) casi no se superan durante la temporada.
