El c\u00e1lculo t\u00e9rmico se basar\u00e1 entonces en valores convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>En el modo <em>gesti\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica con termostato<\/em>, el termostato activa primero el ventilador a caudal intermedio (el motor de c\u00e1lculo toma como base el 60\u202f% del valor del caudal m\u00e1ximo).<\/p>\n<p>En el modo <em>gesti\u00f3n totalmente autom\u00e1tica<\/em>, el usuario no tiene control sobre la activaci\u00f3n ni sobre la velocidad m\u00e1xima del ventilador. Es como si el sistema tuviera una \u201cmemoria\u201d de lo que sucedi\u00f3 previamente.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, tomemos un im\u00e1n y un clip. Cuando acercamos el im\u00e1n al clip, este es atra\u00eddo por el im\u00e1n. Sin embargo, incluso despu\u00e9s de alejar el im\u00e1n, el clip permanece magnetizado durante un tiempo antes de volver a su estado no magnetizado.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las regulaciones de calefacci\u00f3n con termostato, se introduce deliberadamente hist\u00e9resis en el control para que <strong>la temperatura de arranque sea diferente de la de apagado<\/strong>. Esto evita activaciones y desactivaciones frecuentes del sistema de calefacci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, la calefacci\u00f3n puede activarse cuando la temperatura baja de 19,0\u202f\u00b0C y desactivarse cuando supera los 20\u202f\u00b0C, creando as\u00ed una hist\u00e9resis de 1\u202f\u00b0C. Se basa por un lado en la temperatura interior y por otro en la temperatura radiante (radiaci\u00f3n de las superficies).<\/li>\n<li>\u03b8<sub>op_arr<\/sub>: temperatura operativa de parada.<\/li>\n<li>\u03b8<sub>adap<\/sub>: temperatura adaptativa (para tener en cuenta el confort adaptativo<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>\u03b8<sub>v1<\/sub>: temperatura operativa de activaci\u00f3n en caudal intermedio.<\/li>\n<li>\u03b8<sub>v2<\/sub>: temperatura operativa de activaci\u00f3n en caudal m\u00e1ximo.<\/li>\n<li>\u0394\u03b8<sub>op1<\/sub>: diferencia entre la temperatura de parada y la temperatura de activaci\u00f3n del caudal intermedio, sin considerar el confort adaptativo.<\/li>\n<li>\u0394\u03b8<sub>op2<\/sub>: diferencia entre la temperatura de activaci\u00f3n del caudal intermedio y la temperatura de activaci\u00f3n del caudal m\u00e1ximo, sin considerar el confort adaptativo.<\/li>\n<li>\u0394\u03b8<sub>op3<\/sub>: diferencia entre la temperatura de parada y la temperatura de activaci\u00f3n del caudal intermedio, considerando el confort adaptativo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Los par\u00e1metros b\u00e1sicos de la hist\u00e9resis son los tres \u00faltimos valores mencionados arriba: expresan los valores que permiten activar el ventilador de techo en caudal intermedio y caudal m\u00e1ximo a partir de la temperatura de consigna (y, para el tercero, ajustando la temperatura de consigna para considerar el confort adaptativo). Cabe destacar que el termostato no se basa en la temperatura operativa, sino \u00fanicamente en la <strong>temperatura del aire ambiente<\/strong> (no integra la temperatura radiante). Los valores a introducir son los proporcionados por el fabricante, que tienen en cuenta las caracter\u00edsticas del sensor del termostato que equipa el ventilador de techo. Para dar una idea de los valores esperados, en el c\u00e1lculo del modo manual, estos tres par\u00e1metros b\u00e1sicos toman, respectivamente, los valores de 2\u00b0C, 4\u00b0C y 1\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; Adem\u00e1s, dispone de un local comercial.<\/p>\n<p>Dado que nuestras acciones no tienen impacto sobre el Bbio, nos centramos en los siguientes indicadores: GH (en zonas cruzadas y no cruzadas), Cep y Cep<sub>n,r<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Se debe destacar que no se observ\u00f3 una diferencia significativa entre los resultados de Cep y Cep<sub>n,r<\/sub>.
