global_colors_info=&#8221;{%22gcid-70ff693f-6f97-4074-be90-9adb196c4afe%22:%91%22header_3_text_color%22,%22header_3_text_color%22,%22header_2_text_color%22%93}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Con la entrada en vigor de la RE2020, el Ministerio de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica cre\u00f3 una Declaraci\u00f3n Ambiental por Defecto (DED), que permite tener en cuenta los ventiladores de techo en los proyectos de edificios nuevos.<\/p>\n<p>Los especialistas en An\u00e1lisis de Ciclo de Vida (ACV) observaron entonces que esta ficha no era especialmente favorable: con 136 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\"><span>[i]<\/span><\/a>, los ventiladores de techo no estaban especialmente valorizados desde el punto de vista del carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Como referencia, <a href=\"https:\/\/base-inies.fr\/consultation\/infos-produit\/31637\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">esta ficha est\u00e1 disponible aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de marzo de 2025, Samarat es <strong>el primer ventilador de techo de marca en obtener su propia ficha PEP ECOPASSPORT<\/strong> (Perfil Ambiental de Producto) y lograr su publicaci\u00f3n en la base de datos INIES.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row module_id=&#8221;acv-dynamique&#8221; Con este enfoque, las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI) se ponderan en el tiempo. As\u00ed, una emisi\u00f3n que ocurre al inicio del ciclo de vida tiene un mayor impacto que una emisi\u00f3n posterior.<\/p>\n<p>En efecto, el ACV est\u00e1tico, basado en la simple suma de los datos que aparecen en las fichas, compara datos de distinta naturaleza y duraci\u00f3n: por ejemplo, la DED del Ministerio de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica se basa en una Vida \u00datil de Referencia (VUR) de 15 a\u00f1os, mientras que las fichas PEP <span>ECOPASSPORT<\/span> de Samarat consideran una VUR de 17 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Se considera que un edificio tiene una vida \u00fatil de cincuenta a\u00f1os (en un ACV reglamentario RE2020). El c\u00e1lculo en ACV din\u00e1mico, aplicado en la RE2020, da como resultado un impacto total de carbono de 383 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq para la DED del Ministerio de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica. En promedio anual durante todo el per\u00edodo evaluado, esto representa 7,7 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq para este ventilador de techo<a href=\"#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\"><span>[iii]<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la misma base, el Samarat sin LED genera un total de 77 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq, es decir, 1,5 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq de media anual.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al Samarat con LED (sumando ambas fichas PEP <span>ECOPASSPORT<\/span>), se obtiene un total de 142 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq, es decir, 2,8 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq de media anual.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Figure-2b.jpg&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{%22gcid-70ff693f-6f97-4074-be90-9adb196c4afe%22:%91%22header_3_text_color%22,%22header_3_text_color%22,%22header_2_text_color%22%93}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, en ACV din\u00e1mico, Samarat emite <strong>pr\u00e1cticamente 5 veces menos CO<sub>2<\/sub> durante la vida \u00fatil reglamentaria de un edificio<\/strong> que el ventilador de techo por defecto presentado en el sitio INIES.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, como explicamos a continuaci\u00f3n, <strong>los impactos relacionados con la fase de uso (m\u00f3dulo B) se consideran nulos en la DED del Ministerio<\/strong>, lo que le otorga una ventaja considerable en los totales tanto del ACV din\u00e1mico como del est\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Los umbrales de carbono de la RE2020 alcanzan niveles m\u00e1s exigentes a partir de 2025, y se endurecer\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s en 2028 y 2031<a href=\"#_edn4\" name=\"_ednref4\"><span>[iv]<\/span><\/a>. En este contexto, ofrecer a los promotores equipos de bajas emisiones se convierte en un desaf\u00edo esencial, que contribuye al equilibrio econ\u00f3mico global de un proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/figure-4-esp-1.jpg&#8221; No se basa en los datos de la ficha PEP <span>ECOPASSPORT<\/span>. Proviene del c\u00e1lculo energ\u00e9tico de la RE2020 y se convierte seg\u00fan el mix de CO<sub>2<\/sub> de la electricidad en Francia; se integra en el indicador IC Energ\u00eda<a href=\"#_edn6\" name=\"_ednref6\"><span>[vi]<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que en la DED del Ministerio de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica, el m\u00f3dulo B tiene un valor nulo, lo cual no ocurre en las fichas PEP <span>ECOPASSPORT<\/span> de Samarat. \u00a1Por lo tanto, el rendimiento ambiental de Samarat es a\u00fan mayor de lo que muestran los c\u00e1lculos del ACV din\u00e1mico!<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el m\u00f3dulo D cubre los impactos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del fin de vida de un producto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>por ejemplo, el reciclaje de materiales permite crear nuevos productos, evitando la extracci\u00f3n y el refinado de materias primas,<\/li>\n<li>por otro lado, en el caso de la valorizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica (incineraci\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico para producir energ\u00eda), las emisiones de GEI pueden ser superiores a los beneficios de la energ\u00eda producida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row module_id=&#8221;fiche-pep&#8221; Sin embargo, no constituyen <strong>indicadores reglamentarios de la RE2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, las cuestiones relacionadas con el agua deben ser declaradas. Utiliza un valor de referencia.<\/p>\n<p>A modo de ejemplo, la <strong>unidad funcional<\/strong> de los equipos de ventilaci\u00f3n es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abGarantizar un caudal de aire de <strong>1 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h<\/strong>, con fines de ventilaci\u00f3n y\/o tratamiento de aire y\/o extracci\u00f3n de humos y\/o filtraci\u00f3n de un edificio durante la vida \u00fatil de referencia de X a\u00f1os.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>unidad declarada<\/strong> para los mismos sistemas se muestra a continuaci\u00f3n. Se basa en las caracter\u00edsticas puramente descriptivas del producto:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abGarantizar la ventilaci\u00f3n y\/o el tratamiento de aire y\/o la extracci\u00f3n de humos y\/o la filtraci\u00f3n de un edificio mediante un xxx [insertar el sistema considerado] con un caudal nominal de xx m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h para una vida \u00fatil de X a\u00f1os.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En el primer caso, se habla de un rendimiento comparable (v\u00e9ase el valor de 1 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h), mientras que en el segundo solo se describen las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas del equipo.<\/p>\n<p>Las PSR tambi\u00e9n definen un marco para los escenarios de ACV, desde la fabricaci\u00f3n hasta el fin de vida.<\/p>\n<h3>Para los ventiladores de techo, actualmente no existe una PSR.<\/h3>\n<p>Sin embargo, se han definido la unidad funcional (UF) y la unidad declarada (UD):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UF: <em>Garantizar un movimiento de aire de 1 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s, para una vida \u00fatil de referencia de 17 a\u00f1os, con el fin de refrescar la piel de los ocupantes.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>UD: <em>Garantizar un movimiento de aire de 2,23 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s, para una vida \u00fatil de referencia de 17 a\u00f1os, con el fin de refrescar la piel de los ocupantes.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Un PCR a la espera del PSR<\/h3>\n<p>Como ocurre con la mayor\u00eda de los productos pioneros que a\u00fan no cuentan con PSR, Samarat se inscribe en el marco m\u00e1s amplio del PCR (Product Category Rules o Reglas de Categor\u00eda de Producto).<\/p>\n<p>El PCR establece una base metodol\u00f3gica estandarizada para garantizar que las fichas PEP, procedentes de distintos fabricantes o correspondientes a diferentes equipos, sigan siendo comparables y coherentes.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row module_id=&#8221;acces-fiches&#8221;
