Voorheen moesten nieuwe meergezinswoningen voldoen aan drie belangrijke eisen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het doel van de Bbio, de bioklimatologische vereiste voor het gebouw, was om een veeleisend ontwerp voor de <strong>gebouwschil<\/strong> aan te moedigen, en meer bepaald voor een hoogperformante isolatie voor het winterseizoen. Het doel is dus om een schil te ontwerpen die in staat is om de behoefte aan airconditioning in de zomer te beperken.<\/li>\n<li>De Cep is behouden en er is een extra criterium, de Cep<sub>n,r<\/sub>, toegevoegd. Hierbij wordt alleen rekening gehouden met het niet-hernieuwbare deel van het energieverbruik, met als doel het gebruik van hernieuwbare energie aan te moedigen en het gebruik ervan te beperken tot het interne verbruik van het gebouw. Cepn,r beperkt ook het gebruik van energiebronnen die veel CO2 uitstoten (fossiele brandstoffen) of ernstige beperkingen hebben op primaire energiebronnen (elektriciteit).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Graaduren<\/strong> vervangen de conventionele binnentemperatuur. Deze nieuwe indicator, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/nl\/plafondventilatoren-in-woningen-hoe-haal-je-het-meeste-uit-re2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">die we in een ander artikel hebben gepresenteerd<\/a> is bedoeld om het aantal uren oververhitting in de zomer te beperken. In het geval van meergezinswoningen wordt de analyse van de graaduren gedifferentieerd voor woningen met en zonder doorstroming; elk van deze twee waarden moet voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als gevolg hiervan zijn er nu 5 kernwaarden die moeten worden gerespecteerd als het gaat om energie en zomercomfort bij de productie van meergezinswoningen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bbio<\/li>\n<li>Cep<\/li>\n<li>Cep<sub>n,r<\/sub><\/li>\n<li>DH-door zone<\/li>\n<li>DH-niet-doorgangszone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Samengevat: een veeleisender Bbio en moeilijk te behalen graaduren in de H3-zone (Middellandse Zee) worden toegevoegd aan een Cep<sub>n,r<\/sub>-indicator die nieuwe beperkingen oplegt aan systemen&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dit alles draagt bij aan toenemende hoofdpijn voor architecten en ontwerpbureaus die aan dit onderwerp werken.<\/p>\n<p>Tot slot mag niet worden vergeten dat de andere belangrijke innovatie van RE2020 de komst van koolstofindicatoren is, en dat dit niet het onderwerp van deze analyse zal zijn.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text ul_item_indent=&#8221;25px&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_2_font=&#8221;|600|||||||&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;gcid-70ff693f-6f97-4074-be90-9adb196c4afe&#8221; header_3_font=&#8221;|600|||||||&#8221; header_3_text_color=&#8221;gcid-70ff693f-6f97-4074-be90-9adb196c4afe&#8221; header_4_font=&#8221;|600|||||||&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||15px||false|false&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||0px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{%22gcid-70ff693f-6f97-4074-be90-9adb196c4afe%22:%91%22header_3_text_color%22,%22header_3_text_color%22,%22header_2_text_color%22%93}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe kan naleving in meergezinswoningen zo eenvoudig mogelijk en tegen de laagst mogelijke kosten worden bereikt?<\/h2>\n<p>Er zijn een aantal simulaties nodig om tot de meest gebruikelijke, meest economische oplossing te komen voor een typisch gebouw in zone H3. Deze zijn uitgevoerd met Perrenoud U22Win V6-software op de 3 onderstaande varianten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zone BR1 (stil), zonder airconditioning<\/li>\n<li>Zone BR2\/3, zonder airconditioning<\/li>\n<li>Zone BR2\/3, met airconditioning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nec-ingenierie.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Energie Carbone<\/a> werkte aan een gebouw van 2.233 m\u00b2 met 36 appartementen op de begane grond en 2 kelderverdiepingen. Het omvat ook 1 commerci\u00eble ruimte.<\/p>\n<p>De typologie is als volgt: 6 niet-doorlopende studio&#8217;s, 8 niet-doorlopende T2&#8217;s, 6 doorlopende T3&#8217;s en 8 niet-doorlopende T3&#8217;s. Openslaande ramen zonder vaste borstwering vergroten de openingsgraad van 50 tot 80%, waardoor een betere luchtcirculatie mogelijk is.<\/p>\n<p>De RE2020-doelstelling is bereikt! Maar is deze configuratie bevredigend?<\/p>\n<p>Ten eerste moet bij het bouwen in geluidsbelaste gebieden de optie van airconditioning mogelijk zijn, die is opgenomen in RE2020.<\/p>\n<p>Ten tweede is het bij de feitelijke bezetting van de betrokken woningen redelijk om aan te nemen dat de ramen in de zomer geopend kunnen worden, vooral &#8216;s avonds laat. In dit diagram verschijnen drie positieve effecten, ook voor kamers die niet doorlopen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>het comfort van de luchtstroom op het menselijk lichaam;<\/li>\n<li>de verbeterde verspreiding van verse buitenlucht in de kamer &#8216;s nachts koelt de muren sneller af en wordt dan teruggevoerd naar de bewoner door convectie (plafondventilatoren verplaatsen vaak meer dan 100 volumes\/uur, vergeleken met ongeveer 4 volumes\/uur voor airconditioning);<\/li>\n<li>de energiebesparing door het uitschakelen van de airconditioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hieraan moet worden toegevoegd dat het koppelen van airconditioning met plafondventilatoren, wat in een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exhale-fans.com\/en\/air-movers-and-air-conditioning-a-marriage-of-convenience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">specifiek artikel<\/a> is behandeld, het instelpunt voor koeling met enkele graden kan verhogen, wat leidt tot aanzienlijke energiebesparingen voor gelijkwaardige comfortniveaus. Deze omvatten de installatie van een sterk ge\u00efsoleerd, geventileerd licht zolderdak; openslaande ramen zonder vaste borstweringspanelen (die een betere luchtcirculatie mogelijk maken); en automatische rolluiken met schemersensoren om de zonnewarmte verder te beperken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RE2020 maakt uiteraard verbeteringen mogelijk in energieverbruik en zomercomfort. Tegelijkertijd moeten we bepaalde aspecten van gezond verstand in het oog houden die niet onder de regelgeving vallen.
