Deze methode, die populair is bij een aantal milieulabels, zoals Sustainable Buildings, HQE en BREEAM, maakt het niet alleen mogelijk om het werkelijke verbruik zo dicht mogelijk te benaderen, maar ook om de gebouwschil en -systemen zo te ontwerpen dat het zomercomfort wordt verbeterd.<\/p>\n<p>DTS blijft echter een model. Oudere versies van de software zien er dus anders uit.<\/p>\n<p>Voordat u onderstaande tekst leest, raden we u aan eerst onze publicatie te lezen: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/nl\/thermisch-comfort-in-de-zomer-en-plafondventilatoren-kunnen-we-ons-gevoel-kwantificeren\/\">\u201cThermisch comfort in de zomer en luchtverplaatsers: kunnen we ons gevoel kwantificeren?\u201c<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dit artikel is niet bedoeld als een alternatieve handleiding voor de documentatie van de uitgever van de Pleiades-software, maar eerder om informatie te geven die specifiek is voor plafondventilatoren in een DTS-context (dynamische thermische simulatie).<\/p>\n<p>Tot slot zien we een toename in het gebruik van Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modellering, waarmee luchtsnelheden met een hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid kunnen worden gesimuleerd. Deze techniek, die verschilt van DTS, is momenteel vrij duur. De tool vraagt je eerst om een omgevingscategorie te kiezen.<\/p>\n<p>De keuze van de ruimtecategorie bepaalt het maximale PPD- en PMV-niveau. Deze concepten voor het beoordelen van thermisch comfort worden beschreven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/nl\/thermisch-comfort-in-de-zomer-en-plafondventilatoren-kunnen-we-ons-gevoel-kwantificeren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in het artikel dat in de inleiding wordt aanbevolen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Niveau I van de sfeercategorie is het meest veeleisend: het percentage ontevreden klanten is vastgesteld op 6%. Deze indicator, die op dezelfde manier wordt berekend als in de regelgeving, beoordeelt het verschil tussen de gebouwtemperatuur en een comforttemperatuur (een temperatuur die is aangepast aan de temperaturen van de voorgaande dagen, vari\u00ebrend tussen 26 en 28\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>De waarde vertegenwoordigt het cumulatieve gewogen ongemak over het jaar.<\/p>\n<p>De berekeningsmethode verschilt tussen tertiaire en residenti\u00eble gebouwen. Voor deze laatste gebouwen wordt geen rekening gehouden met het aanpassingscomfort tijdens de nacht en blijft de temperatuurgrens steken op 26\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>De Graden Uren indicator wordt gebruikt om plafondventilatoren te waarderen. Als er luchtcirculatie is, wordt de hoge comfortgrens automatisch aangepast om rekening te houden met de luchtcirculatie in het plafond. De Tmax temperatuur moet daarom ongewijzigd blijven.<\/p>\n<p>De luchtsnelheid wordt ontleend aan de \u201cZomerluchtsnelheid\u201d die is ingevoerd in de zones. Tijdens een meetcampagne op een onderwijslocatie hebben we bijvoorbeeld een verlaging van de gemiddelde luchtsnelheid met 25% waargenomen in aanwezigheid van schoolmeubilair, wat een idee geeft van het effect.<\/p>\n<p>De nabijheid van de plafondventilator, de aanwezigheid van meubilair en de positie van gebruikers zijn allemaal variabele factoren, waardoor de luchtsnelheid niet uniform is in de hele zone.<\/p>\n<p>Het gaat er dus om een benadering van de snelheid te nemen die geldig is voor de meeste inzittenden.<\/p>\n<p>Het is de luchtsnelheid bij <strong>maximale stroomsnelheid<\/strong> die moet worden ingevoerd onder de rubriek \u201cluchtsnelheid boven 25\u00b0C\u201d. Deze concepten voor het beoordelen van thermisch comfort worden beschreven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasseurs-air-re2020.com\/nl\/thermisch-comfort-in-de-zomer-en-plafondventilatoren-kunnen-we-ons-gevoel-kwantificeren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in het artikel dat in de inleiding wordt aanbevolen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De PMV\/PPD-visual hieronder komt <strong>alleen overeen met de airconditioningperiode<\/strong>. Tijdens dit seizoen wordt de blauwe grens van 10% ontevredenheid (linker schaal) praktisch nooit overschreden. Er wordt geen rekening gehouden met de eventuele luchtsnelheid die door de plafondventilatoren wordt geleverd.<\/p>\n<p>Op dezelfde manier werden de rode grenzen voor de gemiddelde stemming op 0,5 (rechter schaal) vrijwel nooit overschreden tijdens de periode.
